When you request a call, we collect the information you submit (e.g., name, work email, company name, company size, industry, and optional notes). We use it only to respond to your request and schedule a call.

During pilots, AskWise processes interview responses and related metadata (e.g., segment/role tags) to generate an evidence-grounded diagnostic report. Where enabled, anonymity and redaction controls apply.

We use service providers (subprocessors) to host the product, send emails, and run AI processing. See the Subprocessors page for details.

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
